About Livebound

Livebound is a local-first publishing workspace for CivitAI creators. It turns existing image folders into a browser-based workspace for reviewing generation metadata, preparing posts, scheduling publication, and keeping local and remote post state in sync. It runs on your machine and does not rewrite your original image files when you edit metadata.

The project is built for creator-directed publishing: you choose the images, text, metadata, resources, timing and remote actions. Optional language-model assistance can suggest content, but it is not required and does not make publishing decisions for you.

Livebound is free and open-source software under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later.

Livebound is free software and licensed so that it stays that way. There is no paid version and nothing is held back for one.

Direct donations are not something I can accept, so here is what actually helps, cheapest first.

Costs nothing. Follow me on CivitAI and on GitHub. Like the things you find useful, whether that is an image, a model or a tool. And tell me what is wrong with them: a report I can reproduce is worth more than a compliment, and the fix lands for everybody, not just for you.

Buzz is always welcome, if you have some to spare. Through the CivitAI shop, on an image, or for no reason at all.

If you want to go further, CivitAI has gift memberships, and one of those turns fairly directly into more time spent making things: gift a membership.

And the one that helps most is still free. Download the open-source projects, star them, open issues. An active repository is what makes this work eligible for programmes that support open-source development, and that is the difference between evenings and proper time.
